CONDITIONS OF SALE

1) DTC do not offer a fitting or measuring service for any goods sold

2) lt is the customer’s responsibility to check all sizes are correct prior to ordering.

3) All measurements conform to British Standard 3655 of 1963

4) DTC can supply the contact details of local independent installers but this is in no way a validation or
guarantee of their workmanship.

5) Quotations for labour costs are between the installer and the end user.

6) lssues relating to installation are not the responsibility of DTC to rectify

7) DTC cannot book any work or guarantee timescales agreed by an independent installer

8) Any estimate of delivery must be regarded as approximate. No claim will be accepted based on a
failed or delayed delivery.

9) lt is the responsibility of the customer to check the quantities are correct and free from damage prior
to installation.

10) Any shortages or damage should be advised to us within 3 working days otherwise liability cannot be
accepted.

11) No claim can be made for re-fitting costs relating to damaged goods.

12) All goods must be paid for in full before they are able to leave our premises, unless previously agreed.

13) By agreeing to a purchase by phone or email the purchaser will still be bound by the terms and
conditions herein.

14) ln the event of an order being cancelled we reserve the right to charge a 30% administration fee.

15) Non stock items and/or special orders cannot be returned or refunded.

16) Stocked goods may be returned if:

  • They are of a current or consistent batch
  • They are returned within 28 days of order / invoice date
  • They are in full box quantities
  • They remain in good condition
  • They are accompanied by the original receipt

17) DTC accepts no responsibility for goods that are not installed or used in accordance with the manufacturers
guidelines.
